Making this app more user friendly would really aid the user/patient. It saves a lot of time and costs to not have to make a trip to a non urgent doctor visits. For VSee Clinic (Waiting Room) users, go to your providers clinic URL and click the Login button. I hope televisits continue post pandemic for non urgent care appts. Download the app by choosing your link option below. It can be hard to see if person has poor vision. To make it one step/click at this point? Or can you make consent box larger. Could you make some updates?: 1) allow user to save as a favorite their medical waiting room/provider vs having to input info to find it each time 2)allow us to save the patient info again maybe as a saved profile or favorite they can select 3) can you integrate the consent button and next button. All of these suggestions are to reduce inputs that would make the app more user friendly and the check in process less cumbersome. Hi I’ve used this app to help my 90+ year old parents attend video consultations with their doctors during the pandemic. Once you are logged in, you will be able to search for VSee Clinic, and clicking on the ‘Install’ button should install the app inside the emulator.
