I established Hire Ventures to fill this need, providing expert-level on-demand HR and Recruiting services to small, growing companies, making them more strategic, effective and successful.įrom my professional bio: Teresa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a focus in Human Resources from Montana State University and a Professional Human Resources (PHR) certificate from the Society of Human Resource Management. While working in my first corporate start-up, I recognized the need for small companies to have expert-level HR and Recruiting services when they need it most, without paying the high salary for a full-time resource or high dollar contingency recruiting fees.

I’m an entrepreneur at heart and absolutely love working with other entrepreneurs and small business owners to simplify all things HR and Recruiting! Thanks for stopping by to learn a bit more about me and our team! I’m Teresa Murphey and I’m the founder and CEO of Hire Ventures, Inc. I’m also a book lover with a huge sweet tooth. I also enjoy trying creative hobbies, including embroidery, arranging flowers, foraging for mushrooms, roasting coffee, and weaving. When I’m not working, you can usually find me spending time with my kids and husband. I have experience designing inclusive recruiting and hiring practices, implementing engagement strategy, crafting value-based company policies, creating equitable compensation structures, and evaluating and implementing new tech. I enjoy building scalable People practices to promote an inclusive and thoughtful employee journey. Ultimately, my passion for HR came alive when I transitioned into the role of Chief People Officer at a cybersecurity startup. The start of my career journey provided diverse experiences in Administration, Project Management, and Operations in the Investment and Technology industries. I believe that people are the most important aspect of any business, and am passionate about structuring HR practices to contribute to organizational success.

Well worth the money.ĭo not believe me or the person who I am berating install the app yourself and then make the decision.Hi there! I’m Allison, a Talent and Culture Consultant at Hire Ventures. I'd like to see your "real" installer/documentation for any app in japanese. Install the app next time before coming to MU and commenting, your comments are far from the truth.

The dev could have chosen to only make it available for japanese users but chose to share it with english users and these are the comments it receives. It makes me sad to see you comment like that. Comment on something that it's missing, it's not missing packaging or instructions. Actually give the app a chance and you will see that there is more too this app than your two sentences portray. It's as professional as any app and easier to follow than most apps that are english based. The app takes up nearly no system resources and is always a keystroke away. when snow leopard came out.Īlso, the documentation attached is very easy to read and follow but I doubt you will even need to read it. This application has been around for a very long time in terms of os x apps and is always updated if and when it needs to be, e.g. Oh yeah, you can also add comments to the files that you are moving/copying and all of this with VERY little system resources. More than that you can have favorite directories that are keystrokes away once you prompt a move. You can even customize where the app defaults too when the prompt for move/copy is invoked. I have had this app for 2-3 years now and it has saved me a ton of time allowing me to move/copy items with a hotkey and switching between move and copy is as simple as holding down the option button.

If you can't figure out how to use it from the preference menu then I don't think your ready for this app.īefore everyone gives me negative responses download the app and look in the preference menu and tell me it is hard to figure out. Secondly, this app is pretty straight forward. This is a japanese developer who then translates the documentation.
